Volt Eco-refill packs help save you money, however, we would recommend that you get the full-sized Volt bottles of product and refill your travel-sized bottles from those first before grabbing the eco-packs. This helps you increase the convenience of traveling with the TSA-approved travel products, and keep a main set of Volt products at home until you need the refill pack overall.
So, let’s get into the two different ways to refill your Volt travel (80ml) bottles and their respective pros and cons.
The Two Ways To Refill Volt Travel Products
Volt’s Travel products are made with three things in mind. 1) Convenience, 2) to be spill-proof, and 3) to be durable. number 3 is extremely important because the longer a bottle lasts, the less bottles you have to buy and the less waste there is in the world. That’s how we roll.

The first (and most obvious) way to refill any Volt bottle you have is with the discounted Volt Eco-Refill packs. These refill packs are made of aluminum foil which is highly recyclable and hold 900ml of product.
Refilling with Volt’s Eco-Refill packs is easy:
- Unscrew the cap from the Refill pack and your empty Volt bottle.
- Pour the product into the bottle.
- Replace the caps.
It’s that simple.
