RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales made through VOLT GROOMING (VOLT) are subject to VOLT’s return policy. VOLT stands 100% behind our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact Customer Service to receive an authorization number to return your product within 14 days of receiving your product for a refund, exchange, or credit. All returns may be subject to restock charges and management approval. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product.
VOLT Beard Coloring Sample Set is non-refundable, final sales, and cannot be exchanged. Coupons, discounts and/or free shipping may not apply to Sample 2 Pack.

OBTAINING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
For information about returning a product, please call us at 800-991-4322 or email us at support@voltgrooming.com. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). VOLT cannot track the return if items do not have a Return Authorization Number and, cannot guarantee a refund. We will provide detailed information regarding your return and help make the process as easy and fast as possible.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Non-refundable items include shipping and handling charges, duties or surcharges, classes or workshops, or final sales and sales items. There are no exchanges or returns on items marked as final sale. No price adjustments are given on final sale items.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to California and South Dakota addresses.
