We do not want to bore you with pages upon pages of return policies. Our approach is straightforward: If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, we aren’t either. To make it right, we offer several different options you can choose from including product troubleshooting, exchanges, refunds, credits, or a hug. SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY
USPS is the most economical shipping method but not always so reliable. Select FedEx if you prefer a faster and more reliable shipping method.
All ground orders placed before 9am MST usually ship within two (2) business days. Express orders (Overnight, 2nd or 3rd day) placed after 9am MST will ship the next day. FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes, thus, all PO Box addresses will be shipped via USPS.

Customers in other countries can place orders from our store. All customs and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping prices are at market rates and calculated at checkout.
