    SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY
    USPS is the most economical shipping method but not always so reliable. VOLT does not guarantee USPS deliveries as USPS does not guarantee most of their services. All claims and refund requests can only be made directly via USPS. Select FedEx if you prefer a faster and more reliable shipping method, however FedEx only guarantees Overnight Services.

    All ground orders placed before 9am MST usually ship within two (2) business days. Express orders (Overnight, 2nd or 3rd day) placed after 9am MST will ship the next day. FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes, thus, all PO Box addresses will be shipped via USPS.
